Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to Runflight on iPhone, Android and the web, and to runflight.io (together "Runflight"). Runflight is provided by Tokek.io, [address], Ireland, registered under CRO number [number] ("we"). By creating an account or using Runflight, you agree to these terms.

1. What Runflight is

Runflight is a timer with an agenda for online demos. You plan a demo as sections with a duration, run it as a timer, share it with others and let a co-driver send short messages while you present.

2. Your account

• You need an account. Sign up with email, or with Google, Microsoft or Apple.
• You must be at least 16 and give correct details.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

3. Licence and price

• Individuals may use Runflight for free.
• Companies that use Runflight at work, in a commercial setting, need a company licence: $1 per user per month. This works on an honour system: tell us how many people use it at hello@tokek.io and we invoice you. Payments are handled outside the app.
• We may change prices for the future. We tell company customers at least 30 days before a change applies to them.

4. Your content

Demos, agendas and messages you create are yours. You give us the right to store, process and show them only as needed to run Runflight for you and the people you share with. Don't put information in Runflight that you're not allowed to share, and keep in mind that people you share a demo with can see it, and with full access, change it.

5. Sharing, co-drivers and handover

You decide who gets access to your demos, with full access or read only. Anyone with a share link can ask to join that demo, so only share links with people you trust. If you hand over a running demo, the other person becomes the presenter of that run.

6. Fair use

Don't use Runflight to:

• break the law or someone else's rights;
• send spam or misleading invitations;
• try to access other people's data, or disrupt, overload or reverse engineer Runflight;
• resell Runflight without our written permission.

If you do, we may suspend or close your account. Where reasonable, we warn you first.

7. AI feature

"With AI" reads an agenda from a photo and suggests sections. AI can make mistakes, so check the result before you use it. The photo is not stored (see the privacy policy).

8. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Runflight available and your demos safe, but we can't promise it will always work without interruption or errors. We may improve, change or stop features. If we stop Runflight altogether, we tell you at least 60 days ahead so you can save your agendas.

9. Liability

Runflight is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage such as lost sales, lost profit or missed meetings. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the damage, or €100 if you use Runflight for free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

10. Ending

You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms. Company licences run per month and can be cancelled by email before the next month.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We change the date at the top, and for important changes we tell you in the app or by email at least 30 days before they apply. If you keep using Runflight after that, the new terms apply.

12. Law and disputes

Irish law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Ireland, unless the law gives you as a consumer the right to go to the court where you live. We prefer to solve problems together first: email hello@tokek.io.
